A Biblical Maturing MarriageEach day we walk
through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications can
be made from each day's text. Today we continue in the Book of Song of Solomon with Chapter 6. In our text today we see Solomon
praising the bride's beauty as his lasting love grows into a deeper appreciation of the bride as he sees more in her for who
she is, His Bride. In making application we see a Biblical picture of a maturing marriage as the groom and bride appreciate
every aspect of their mate. Each appreciate their imperfections as they understand their struggles as they both grow closer
to Christ. How about you? Do you see your mates imperfections as beauty? Let us learn from our text today to see that a maturing
lasting love allows us to see our mates imperfections as beauty as we grow closer to Christ.

Biblical Lasting Love Each
day we walk through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications
can be made from each day's text. Today we continue in the Book of Song of Solomon with Chapter 5. In our text today we see
the continuing of the story of Biblical love and the parity of Christ and the Church. Today's theme is a lasting love that
grows dispite circumstances. Through the struggles the couple and Church grow closer to God. In making application we see
that our realtionships grow closer and deeper as we put God first waking through the struggles of life and realationships.
How about you? Do you put God first in all you do? Let us learn from our text today to see that Biblical lasting love grows
dispite struggles and circumstances as we put God first allowing Him to knit our hearts together as He brings us through our
circumstance.

Biblical Intimacy Each day we walk through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help
us grow in the Lord. Many applications can be made from each day's text. Today we continue in the Book of Song of Solomon
with Chapter 4. In our text today we see the intimate details of 2 that are married expressing their love as they come together
in Holy Matrimony. In making Application we see another parity between Christ and the Church but in keeping with our theme
the last few days we see a pattern for Biblical Intimacy as two who are in love and married enjoy the physical union of marriage.
Today many revert that which God has made and ordained but His Ways are the best ways. How about you? Do you see God's Plan
for Biblical Intimacy? Let us learn from our text today to see that God has a plan for our Marital Intimacy which falls in
Biblical context of Marriage.

Biblical EngagementEach day we walk
through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications can
be made from each day's text. Today we continue in the Book of Song of Solomon with Chapter 3. In our text today we see the
memories of engagement as our 2 who have courted and fallen in love now enter into a contract to be married. In this process
they abstain from physical relations but prepare for the physical needs of the marriage as each works to provide for the union.
How about you? Do you see God's process of engagement as part of the Marriage between a man and a woman? Let us learn from
our text today to remember that a God has a plan for Marriage and this plan includes a Biblical Engagement.

Biblical CourtshipEach day we walk
through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications can
be made from each day's text. Today we continue in the Book of Song of Solomon with Chapter 2. In our text today we see the
memories of courtship as one falls in love with the other. In making application we see many pictures of Christ and the Church
but in keeping in our theme I see a Biblical Courtship between 2 in love as one expresses His love to another. In this courtship
the 2 abstain from any physical contact and seek to know the other through talking and spending time with one another. How
about you? Do you see how God has designed Courtship? Let us learn from our text today to see that God has a plan for Marriage
and this plan has a pattern of 2 falling in love through a non-physical courtship of getting to know one another.

Biblical Marriage Each day we walk through the Bible chapter
by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications can be made from each day's text.
Today we start the Book of Song of Solomon with Chapter 1. In our text today we see the wedding day as this book is a wedding
song honoring marriage. In making application we see society trying to redefine marriage as being other than a man and woman
with an attempt to redefine Biblical Marriage. The Bible is clear that Marriage is ordained by our Lord between a man and
a woman. How about you? Do you hold the Biblical position on Marriage or the new World position that anything goes? Let us
learn from our text today to remember that our Lord has a pattern for Marriage and this plan is located in the Bible as God's
Plan is one man and one woman.

Remember Each
day we walk through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications
can be made from each day's text. Today we continue in the Book of Ecclesiastes with Chapter 12. In our text today we see
the preacher advise us on how we are to remember our Creator about who we are and where we came from to remember where we
are going as we obey His Word. In making application we see that we too should remember where we have come from and how the
Lord has delivered us from our sin. To remember too where we are going and who we are in Christ to live the Christian life.
How about you? Do you see who you are in Christ Jesus? Let us learn from our text today to remember where we came from and
our eternal home Heaven as we allow the Lord to live His life in and through us as believers in Him.

The HarvestEach day we walk
through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications can
be made from each day's text. Today we continue in the Book of Ecclesiastes with Chapter 11. In our text today we see that
generosity will be repaid and the principle of enjoying life fully. In making application we see that the Lord is just and
we reap what we sow for a harvest in due season. At times we don't see the fruit on the vine but that does not mean the harvest
is not coming. That being said we need not be fruit inspectors but simply trust in the Lord and Him to bring the Harvest in
our lives. How about you? Do you get discouraged when you don't see fruit on the vine? Let us learn from our text today to
remember that we reap what we sow and we simply need to sow and trust the Lord for our increase.

A Sharp Axe Each
day we walk through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications
can be made from each day's text. Today we continue in the Book of Ecclesiastes with Chapter 10. In our text today we see
we are to behave wisely but if we are unprepared or unskilled we will have little or no impact on our situations. In making
application we see the importance of studying the Word of God to be a workman in our lost world. Just as an sharp ax will
be more effective so will a laborer for the Lord who understands the doctrines of the Bible. How about you? Do you have a
knowledge of the doctrines of the Bible? Let us learn from out text today to remember that just as a sharp ax is more effective
as a tool - so is a Christian who understands and applies the doctrines of the Bible.

Our Common DestinyEach day we walk
through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications can
be made from each day's text. Today we continue in the Book of Ecclesiastes with Chapter 9. In our text today we see Solomon's
final conclusion as Everyone has a common destiny which is death. Once we die we will face the judgement to live eternity
in Heaven or Hell but what Solomon comments on how we cannot change the past. Our testimony will in essence preach our funeral.
In making application we see that how we live will be how we are remembered so we must live each day to the Honor and Glory
of God. How about you? What will people say about you at your funeral? Let us learn from our text today to remember that we
have a common destiny which is death and how we live will preach our funeral, so as we live let us learn to do all for the
glory of God.

A Healthy BalenceEach day we walk
through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications can
be made from each day's text. Today we continue in the Book of Ecclesiastes with Chapter 6. In our text today we look at more
vanity in riches but see the true value in family. In making application we see that the world today looks at making money
as a priority at the sacrifice of the family. Misguided priorities have us end up with an empty life as we see the family
is the priority over the dollars we can make. A healthy balance of time and resources will make a person happy. How about
you? Do you see the trap of the world that makes you think you always need more? Let us learn from our text today to see the
vanity in earthy riches and the true value in family.

Vanity Each
day we walk through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications
can be made from each day's text. Today we start the Book of Ecclesiastes with Chapter 1. In our text today we look at this
book which means "the Preacher" as the wisdom of God preaches to us that all earthy things are futile. In making
application we see that many spend all their time on earth attempting to gain the worlds riches, or knowledge, or pleasures
when the truth is that there is no satisfaction in gaining these earthly treasures. Today we see that the wealthy and self
indulgent are among the most miserable folks on the planet. They have learned what our text proclaims that "things"
do not make a person happy. How about you? Do you see that "things" do not bring happiness? Let us learn from our
text today to see attain worldly things are vanity compared to the riches of knowing our Lord.

A Virtuous WomanEach day we walk
through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications can
be made from each day's text. Today we finish the Book of Proverbs with Chapter 31. In our text today we look at wisdom for
a virtuous woman. In making application we see that a virtuous woman is a blessing to her household and her family. Today
the world has its idea of success for women but the Bible shows us the how important a virtuous woman is to the family allowing
the love of God to flow in a family. How about you? Do you see the pattern of a virtuous woman? Let us learn from our text
today to remember that the Lord has created women to be a vital part of the family as she exhibits her love and is praised
by her family for being a virtuous woman.

Every Word of God is Pure Each
day we walk through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications
can be made from each day's text. Today we continue with the Book of Proverbs with Chapter 30. In our text today we continue
with wisdom with wise sayings for a generation. What catches my eye is verse 5 that says that every word of God is pure, followed
by verse 6 that says to add not to His Words. In making application we see that this truth is the same today but many do not
heed the these truths picking and choosing what to obey, while others add to the Word to meet there own agenda. Through all
of this the Bibles remains constant, preserved, and the infallible Word of God. How about you? Do you esteem, read, and apply
the world of God to your life? Let us learn from our text today to remember to hold fast to the Word of God, not to add or
delete from its text because every Word of God is pure.

Vision Each
day we walk through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications
can be made from each day's text. Today we continue with the Book of Proverbs with Chapter 29. In our text today we continue
with wisdom for leaders with discipline and leadership. What catches my eye is verse 18 which states that where there is no
vision the people perish. In making application we see that those who seek the Lord and attain his direction will succeed
but those who don't seek the Lord will perish. How about you? Do you seek the Lord and have a vision for your life? Let us
learn from our text today to remember where this is no vision the people perish.

Confess Your SinsEach day we walk
through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications can
be made from each day's text. Today we continue with the Book of Proverbs with Chapter 28. In our text today we continue with
wisdom for leaders with a focus on integrity being a key to having the Lord hear our prayers and working in our lives. What
catches my eye is verse 13 that says that says that those who confess their sins will obtain mercy while those who hide their
sin will not prosper. In making application we se that we must stay humble and repentant before the Lord to walk and talk
with the Lord. How about you? Have you confessed your sins before the Lord? Let us learn from our text today to confess our
sins before the Lord to have Him hear our prayer and walk with the Lord.

Boast not for Tomorrow Each
day we walk through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications
can be made from each day's text. Today we continue with the Book of Proverbs with Chapter 27. In our text today we continue
with wisdom for leaders with a focus on instruction for others. What catches my eye is verse 1 that says to boast not for
tomorrow for we know not what a day may hold. In making application we see the importance in living one day at a time being
100% surrendered to the Lord. Just as today is the day of salvation, today is also the day to be obedient. When the Holy Spirit
prompts we need to be do what He says, when He says because tomorrow we might not have the opportunity to follow. How about
you? Are you obedient to the Lord? Let us learn from our text today that we boast not for tomorrow for we know not what a
day may hold.

FoolishEach day we walk
through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications can
be made from each day's text. Today we continue with the Book of Proverbs with Chapter 26. In our text today we continue with
wisdom for leaders with a look on foolishness. In making application we see those who depend on there own wisdom verses the
the wisdom are really unwise or what the Bible describes as foolish which ends up being unfruitful. How about you? Do you
depend on your own wisdom verses the wisdom of the Lord in the Bible? Let us learn from our text today to see that when we
depend on our own wisdom over the Lord's Wisdom that we end up with what the Bible calls foolish.

is to simply depend on the Holy Spirit for direction and guidance as we inform the Body of Christ of the World Wide Bible
